Birthday Parties - Birthdays at Tumbleweeds feature a full hour in the gym with 2 or 3 of our professional gymnastics teachers there to make your party a fun and memorable experience.

Party Details - Tumbleweeds Party Facilities offers a Great way to celebrate your birthday! We offer special features such as the ever popular Safari Train, Air Track Mountain, and Air Jumper.  The fun never ends at Tumbleweeds!

Programs - Description of Tumbleweeds Gymnastic Programs: Early Childhood Programs, Instructional Programs, Team Programs, and Dance Programs.

• Early Childhood Program - The Early Childhood program is designed to help the child develop and grow in many areas, such as: Balance, hand-eye and overall coordination, independence, fine and gross motor skills, agility, cognitive development, socialization, and just plain fun!
• Instructional Program - Girls and Boys in a Tumbleweeds gymnastics class learn the basics of tumbling, and work on all apparatus for gymnastics.  Trampolines and tumbling trampolines provide the surfaces for graduated learning, and Skill Mats designed to assist gymnasts allow safe and fun learning.
• Team - For those wanting more out of the sport of gymnastics we have our competitive team.   Our teams have had gymnasts place in the state championships for the past ten years.  Our competitive teams are well known nationally as well as in the Melbourne area.

  • Developmental Team - Tumbleweeds students in our preschool and educational classes who show talent and who have desire and commitment to gymnastics are invited to join our Developmental Team. They use this time to prepare for competition beginning at USAG Level 4.

  • Compulsory Team - Gymnasts at Tumbleweeds who have demonstrated their commitment  to do competition train until they have sufficient skill ability to begin at USAG Level 4, and as they acquire more strength and skills continue on to Level 5 and Level 6.

  • Optional Team - Competing at the Optional Levels 7-10 is a great experience for talented, dedicated gymnast. These levels allow the gymnasts to develop their own individual routines, increasing in difficulty with progression through the levels.
    

• Dance - The Broadway Bound Dance Program at Tumbleweeds is taught by April Shaw. Basic Dance develops musicality and rhythm in combination with movement skills. We offer a variety of classes including Tap, Hip Hop, Ballet, and Jazz. 
  
• Martial Arts - You can join Choe's Martial Arts classes for for fitness, self-defense or for sport. The martial arts program prides itself in being the leader in facilitating the positive physical, mental, and spiritual growth of its students and members

Staff - Tumbleweeds Gymnastics Inc. has been serving the Melbourne area for over 11 years under the ownership of Deena Hoder and Cheri Marks.  The staff at Tumbleweeds consists of  highly trained instructors.  Our instructors were gymnasts themselves.

Summer Camp - A fun filled day of gymnastics, games, arts and crafts.
